JUNIOR PRODUCER
Junior Producer assists the production team – Producers – in managing advertising campaigns. The Junior Producer works under the supervision of one of the Producers. Responsibilities include supporting and coordinating projects and timelines, buyout related issues, help trafficking information, postproduction and client communication and oversee smaller productions. Junior Producer support the coordination of creative assets, production logistics, and vendor management as well as managing supporting production related documentation. The Junior Producer reports to the relevant producer and Head of Production.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for production budgets
- Preparations prior shooting and organizing of post production
- Facilitates and arranges contracting with
- Coordinates with talents involved – availability, scheduling
- Oversees payments
- Organizes paperwork, permits required for production
- Receives and digests briefs, prepares re-briefs
- Participates on photo shoots as creative
- Partakes and organizes shoots
- Prepares presentations, reports
- Represents the Company
- Identifies and anticipates issues, recommends solutions and establishes resourceful conclusions
- Ensures that all work is reconciled correctly and comes in within the agreed budget
- Utilizes provided technology (workflows, DAM, resource management tools) to support production workflows
- Ensures production workflows are adhered to and define, communicate and enforce production standards
Skills and capabilities required:
- 1-2 years experience in Production environment as an active producer
- Have a draft knowledge on production, post production and adaptation project work flows
- Knowledge of the various roles, functions, capabilities, equipment, and applications within the TV Production Department
- Results driven and proactive
- Good interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- Working knowledge of technology including office 360, frame.io, Monday.com
- Able to adapt to new working methods & technology advances
- Excellent time management skills, organized and detail oriented & multi-tasking abilities
