Job Description

Taylor Herring & St Marks Studios, multi-award winning PR & Production Agencies, have had a huge growth spurt with a growing number of productions, events, experientials, clients & suppliers. We operate an in house OOH production studio, a film unit, talent management specialisms, prop building, locations finding, travel widely and build experientials everywhere.

We are looking for someone who can work in a fast paced production environment, across a wide client portfolio, supporting client requests, production processes and  facilitating smooth running of operations across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with production team in managing invoices, supplier payments & budget reconciliations
  • Keeping track of the status of contracts and sending them out for signature
  • Act as the liaison between the production teams & Publicis Media 
  • Partner with our finance teams to ensure consistent & accurate financial reporting

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be someone with a business mindset who can work at pace and juggle multiple priorities. They will have a high attention-to-detail and enjoy problem solving, while proactively supporting the wider business.
