Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Publicis Groupe UK Talent Team as a Talent Operations Coordinator, where you will be involved in:

  • Building strong and positive relationships within the Talent team and the wider agencies. You will be the first point of contact dealing with various ad-hoc employee queries across the entire employee lifecycle (payroll, benefits, holiday, systems, onboarding, T&Cs of employment, ER meetings etc).
  • Management of our systems ensuring that employee data information is up to date and accurate, as well as in line with GDPR guidelines. An interest in systems and data is key!
  • Accuracy and attention to detail skills are needed as you will be working across a variety of administrative tasks such as recording holiday and absence records, conducting right to work checks for new joiners and inputting all invoices and POs onto our internal systems and collaborating with other teams to ensure this is all correct.
  • There will also be the chance to broaden your knowledge and support the delivery of Talent strategy work through occasional project work which will include testing and research tasks.

Qualifications

  • Ideally at least 6 months of administrative experience
  • A brilliant communicator who can work with complex information and a wide variety of different people
  • Someone who enjoys problem solving and wants to find solutions to questions or queries
  • An eye for detail, and strong skillset in administrative work as this will be at the heart of this role
  • A passion for excellent customer service, and the desire to provide a great experience for our people
  • An individual who welcomes change and has a continuous improvement and growth mindset. The world of talent is always evolving, and we want to embrace that!
