Job Description

We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment across the Publicis Groupe UK Creative practice, based in our Chancery Lane office 3 days per week (Mon and Thurs + one additional day).

A passion and interest in advertising or creative would be desired, and any recruiting experience in this space would be advantageous.

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the delivery of end to end hiring for the agency you work for.

You will focus on direct hiring and ensure all candidates have a positive recruiting experience. You will partner with your stakeholders to understand the business priorities, and ensure we are attracting talent to meet the business needs.

You will make suggestions for how we can build on our employer branding activities to improve candidate attraction, and lead implementation of these processes.

Specifically, you will:

  • Own end to end recruitment for all vacancies across the agency at junior to senior levels
  • Become an agency ambassador, developing strong internal relationships, and being able to confidently talk about the agency, work and culture to candidates
  • Create sourcing strategies to fill open roles in a way that is financially beneficial to the agency
  • Build talent pipelines through your own sourcing and interview processes, and ensure there is a systemised approach to your talent pools
  • Support junior members of the team in their work and development
  • Suggest ways to best improve the hiring process, our employer brand and our candidate experience, and work with your team to implement changes to ways of working 

What Skills We’re After:

  • Ability to implement sourcing strategies to ensure we have access to the best talent and are able to hire at speed 
  • Experienced at partnering with hiring managers, and team members, to problem solve, providing a solution to challenges we may come up against in the hiring process
  • Hold detailed knowledge of open, pending and filled vacancies by keeping our ATS up to date, and accurate, with candidate and vacancy information
  • Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills with the ability to market map, and pipeline excellent talent for future roles
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with your hiring managers, as well as building relationships across the wider TA team and with our third party vendors
  • Experience of regular weekly status reporting
  • Someone who brings positivity and empathy to their candidate and stakeholder interactions
  • Excellent communication skills ensuring all comms are concise and action orientated
