Job Description

About the Role: Publicis Media Content (PMC) is seeking a highly motivated Senior Partnerships Executive to join our Starcom division. This role involves working with a variety of clients and media owners to create and manage co-creative content campaigns. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, supporting day-to-day operations, and serving as the middleman between partners and clients. This is a dynamic and creative position where you will be involved in all aspects of campaign creation and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Support the execution of integrated partnership solutions to deliver KPIs across a range of clients, including Stellatis, Citroen, Vauxhall, Visa, KP Snacks, Puig (John Paul Gaultier and Paco Rabanne), Aldi, Ancestry, and Karcher.
  • Brief Handling: Receive briefs from the planning team, host brainstorms, and identify the best publishers and media owners to collaborate with, considering various budgets and sectors.
  • Creative Development: Work closely with partners to develop ideas, manage check-ins, and gather responses from media owners. Present findings to clients and get partner approvals.
  • Project Support: Assist in the day-to-day management of campaigns, including weekly status updates, timeline adherence, and reporting.
  • Client Liaison: Act as a middleman between clients and partners, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
  • Content Involvement: Participate in the creation of assets, involvement in shoots, and selection of talent. Be involved in every step from content creation to post-campaign analysis.

Examples of Past Campaigns:

  • Visa and Ladbible: Developed successful campaigns that evolved over time.
  • Vinted and Hollyoaks: Created award-winning partnerships integrating the Vinted platform into the show, and normalising second-hand clothing. 
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Collaborated with Citroen and The Big Issue, using electric vans to distribute magazines and promote sustainability.
  • Popchips and Adventure Cinema: Managed outdoor cinema events.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Problem Solver: Solution-driven with a can-do attitude.
  • Multitasker: Capable of managing multiple projects and working under pressure.
  • Organisational Skills: Highly organised with good project management capabilities.
  • Experience: Minimum 18 months in a media role, preferably involving branded content partnerships.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of all media channels and media maths. Experience in finance tracking is a plus.
  • Creative Thinker: Enthusiastic about brainstorming and working closely with partners to deliver innovative campaigns.
