Job Description

Background

At Team H&M, we manage full-funnel, cross channel planning, activation and digital strategy development for H&M’s Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic activity across 60+ markets.

With a total headcount of 80+, we are based in three different offices: London (35+), India (45) & New York (3).

The Role

FY24 has been a year of transformation for H&M, with the rollout of a new regional operational model. The H&M Performics team at Zenith Media are set up to service the regional client teams who hold the budgets and targets for the respective geographies.

Our planning team services nine regions plus the Lifestyle BUs, and our core function is to deliver best in class cross-channel full-funnel media planning and immaculate client servicing.

The Planning BD will be part of the London-based EMEA hub and will oversee two regions with a direct line of reporting into the Global Planning Lead for H&M. Each region will be supported by a sub team comprising one Director, one Manager and one Executive.

This Planning BD role requires excellent cross-functional collaboration with our channel specialists across Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic as well as our activation team based in India. In addition, there is a requirement to collaborate with individuals in media, creative, measurement, data and tech teams at H&M.

Channel Scope

  • Paid Social: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & Pinterest
  • Programmatic: YouTube & Display (DV 360)
  • Paid Search: Google, Bing & Apple

Qualifications

Client Responsibilities:

  • Flawless servicing for the regions assigned, working with internal stakeholders to ensure that activity goes live on time and without errors.
  • For regions assigned, lead on H&M’s full-funnel ‘Big 4’ and high-impact ‘New Development’ campaigns, delivering best in class RTBs, Media Plans and PCAs
  • Ensure that your team are working effectively with the Channel Specialist Teams to activate campaigns, have oversight on how activity is performing once live, ensure visibility on your region/BU’s always-on Consideration and Conversion streams.
  • Ensure performance reporting & forecasting is meeting client expectations and contributing towards revenue growth objective.
  • Oversee the design & rollout of bespoke T&L roadmaps for your region and/or BU.
  • Understand H&M’s Central Digital Strategy Framework and ensure this is applied this to all strategic recommendations.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key day-to-day clients, and deliver immaculate client service.
