The Analyst of Business Intelligence (hereafter "BI") is exposed to a range of clients, projects and responsibilities. You will work with a team in Strategy, Marketing, Media and Creative to achieve results for our clients.

Qualifications

Main Responsibilities:

While every engagement is unique, typical engagements require execution against the following tasks and deliverables:

  • Work with multiple teams to develop reporting for analysis of trends and optimization of multi-channel media campaigns.
  • Develop a working knowledge of client's data sources and maintain regular quality control checks of data for accurate reporting.
  • Track results and provide data interpretation using a variety of digital analytics tools and partners.
  • Help create measurement plans outlining strategy required to assess brand performance.
  • Help collect market research to provide performance benchmarks, industry updates, market scans, top-line summaries and client reports.
  • Contribute to competitive analyses and best practice audits.
  • Engage with data partners to prepare data and resolve issues including data inaccuracies or discrepancies.
  • Maintain functional expertise in the following disciplines: database marketing, integrated channel marketing (including web), analytics tools and techniques and other infrastructure requirements.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, and Marketing
  • 0 -2 years of work experience in marketing, advertising or consulting (healthcare, pharmaceuticals and life sciences experience)
  • Hybrid In office 3 days a week

Compensation Range:  $52.500 - $80,00 annually.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
