Job Description

As an Assistant Analyst, you will work with the analytics team to build dashboards and other tools to monitor campaign effectiveness within the agency.

Success for this position is measured by the ability to manage large datasets and help both internal and client teams to uncover relevant insights within campaigns.

You will have experience working with large datasets and will also be passionate about working with data and visualization tools.

Qualifications

Candidate experience should include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or other quantitative discipline
  • Work or Internship experience in a professional service related to marketing or advertising
  • Basic knowledge of the digital space and the tools used to measure digital advertising including Google Campaign Manager (CM360), Adobe, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau (Power BI)
  • Familiarity with database concepts and data warehousing processes
  • Fluency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, charting, and automation
  • Experience dealing with large datasets
  • Identify holes in data and provide solutions
  • Experience with online / offline media – understanding data sets, APIs, and data organization

Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and other analytical tools to provide insights to all partners
  • Maintain a centralized data repository and promote data management best practices
  • Conduct regular data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports and analyses
  • Work with clients and other teams to understand needs and find solutions for them
  • Support campaign reporting team for ad hoc analysis and report assignments
  • Identify opportunities to automate analyses and identify processes for efficiencies
  • Bring analytical rigor to all deliverables
  • Work extended hours, including weekends
