Job Summary

Are you a creative communicator with a knack for storytelling? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? If so, Publicis Groupe Hungary wants you! We’re on the lookout for a Communication Specialist to join our awesome team. You’ll play a key role in driving our employer branding and corporate communication efforts, both online and offline. This is your chance to make a real impact, bringing fresh ideas and strategic thinking to our internal and external communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding:

  • Craft and execute cool employer branding strategies to make us stand out as an awesome place to work.
  • Run exciting employer branding campaigns that resonate with our values and culture.
  • Keep an eye on the results and tweak strategies to make them even better.

External Communication:

  • Develop and manage external communication plans that showcase our brand and services.
  • Create and share engaging content across our website, social media, and other platforms.

Internal Communication:

  • Design and implement internal communication strategies to keep our team informed and engaged.
  • Manage internal newsletters, company announcements, and updates.
  • Plan fun internal events and initiatives to boost employee engagement and promote our vibrant culture.

Budget Management:

  • Help plan and manage the budget for communication and branding activities.
  • Track spending to ensure we stay within budget and maximize our resources.
  • Provide regular budget updates to senior management.

Follow-Up and Reporting:

  • Monitor the success of our communication efforts and report on key metrics.
  • Use feedback and analytics to continuously improve our communication strategies.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with different teams to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging.
  • Partner with HR, Marketing, and other departments to align our communication efforts with business goals.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or employer branding.
  • Strong understanding of both online and offline communication channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hungarian and English.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with social media, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with great problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
