Job Description

As a Creative Artworker at Publicis Pro, you will play a crucial role in ensuring designs are accurate and ready for digital and print. Collaborating closely with the design team, you will be responsible for designing and executing campaigns from inception to final execution.

You are enthusiastic and happy to take ownership of the design and creative implementation process, incorporating campaign wrappers and guidelines into master artwork / templates to ensure design aspiration works across print and digital formats. You will have a great eye for design detail and be a good communicator.

As a Creative Artworker at Publicis Pro, you'll be at the forefront of executing projects from inception to final execution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain existing designs with the ability to self-manage multiple projects and tight timelines but also remain extremely detail oriented.
  • Interpreting client feedback to create artwork that aligns with their objectives.
  • Ensuring that all designs adhere to the brand guidelines of clients, maintaining consistency in visual identity across different platforms and materials.

Qualifications

  • Formal training in a specific design discipline or relevant experience.
  • Proven skills and competencies within the creative industry.
  • Generally, 1 to 3 years of industry experience.
  • Expert level of understanding of fundamental disciplines and design principles such as colour, composition, typography.
  • Ability to integrate feedback with a keen eye for detail.
  • Preparing designs for print and digital, including setting up files with the correct colour modes, resolutions, and formats, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure quality output.
  • Provide technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high quality.
  • Portfolio showcasing creative production and outstanding visual skills.
