Job Description

Social Media Specialist is responsible for the planning, implementation and reporting on innovative, creative and successful paid social media campaigns across biddable partners, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, X and LinkedIn.

You’ll be responsible for analysing and optimising brand and response campaigns towards appropriate KPIs, buying effectively and presenting results comprehensively to internal teams and clients.

You will have a few years under your belt in digital media implementation and/or a social assistant role.

  • The role works closely with our account service, digital and creative content teams to shape social strategies.
  • You will be responsible for implementing social media campaigns to a high standard minimising error using schedules and roll-out documents.
  • Knowledge of biddable paid social tools and a desire to embrace platform developments as they arise
  • Monitoring campaign performance during campaigns and optimising where required, and collating proof of live campaigns in format for both clients and internal teams.
  • Identifying insights from results to inform future campaigns.
  • Writing copy that respect a brands’ personality, tone of voice and visual guidelines.
  • Lo-fi content creation, including ideation and execution.
  • Sense checking and critiquing social assets to make sure they are fit for purpose and will deliver on clients’ objectives.
  • You are creatively driven, and understand what it takes to make thumb-stopping content
  • Enthusiasm towards social media and the wider digital landscape

About you

  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in a digital media implementation and/or social assistant role.
  • Facebook and/or Instagram ad implementation experience with Business Manager/Power Editor.
  • Most importantly, you have a growth mindset, are curious, passionate, a great team player and enjoy a friendly, inclusive work culture.
