Job Description

The Media Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the smooth delivery of all digital campaigns across global biddable platforms (search, social, programmatic), and support on key strategic operational projects to evolve the day-to-day operational ways of working.

This role is to ensure delivery of all digital campaigns, the Ops Manager will be responsible for daily communication across Zenith Worldwide digital teams and Essity/Tork clients, to ensure all Zenith Global biddable buyers have all required information to proceed with campaign activation.

We are looking for a genuine people person who is digitally very proficient (across Social, Video, Display, Search & Programmatic), this role will provide you with the opportunity to work across the EMEA/USA markets. 

  • Lead the Finance Campaign Tracker and update the status and next steps of all digital campaigns.
  • Control the accuracy of digital bookings and liaise with digital activation team in case of errors.
  • Work closely with Operations Associate Director and Digital Hub Lead; to support across all areas of business as required.
  • Demonstrate proof of concept for our creative agency (Publicis Poke), activation teams and the client when handling creative matters: Asset list, Asset sheet, creative queries etc.
  • Be the bridge between Zenith Worldwide digital activation buyers/planner and the Tork client activation
  • Proactively propose improved processes, ways of working and timeline adaptations

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ad accounts – LinkedIn, Meta, Google
  • Excellent Excel knowledge and ability to quickly adapt timelines on a daily basis
  • Experience with handling creatives
  • Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
