Job Description

Join Pub Media as a Paid Social Account Director and make a difference! As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading on the strategic development and growth of the accounts, ensuring best in class strategy across your team and the rest of the wider network
  • Developing, installing and supervising efficient best practice, quality team materials and standardisation of processes across the team
  • Establishing practices to ensure Paid Social brilliance and consistency of approach across local agency teams. Providing guidance, sharing knowledge and case studies while serving as the connective tissue between multiple teams
  • Identifying opportunities to deploy advanced measurement techniques and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to seek effective cross media buying practice
  • Development and delivery of training for the team and wider agency
  • Ensuring client and agency targets are achieved and effectively grow Paid Social revenue

Qualifications

  • Experience planning, managing and activating both brand and direct response campaigns on Paid Social channels (Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Linked In)
  • Advanced knowledge of Facebook family of apps, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Demonstrable examples of driving innovation in biddable media
  • Experience managing a team: hiring and developing talent, conducting appraisals, as well as performance management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to engage with senior clients
  • Be strategic and commercially minded in planning goals for their teams as well as being able to shape and develop a biddable strategy
