We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Copywriter or Copy based ACD/CD to join our team for a 12 month contract. Their overall responsibility is to provide best in class creative work, ensuring high quality strategic insights and creative solutions for new and existing clients.


*This role is part-time/full-time negotiable*.


In this role you will:

  • Demonstrate the ability to make astute decisions during the development, production and implementation of highly Creative projects/campaigns.
  • Take client briefs, manage presentations of creative concepts and reviews of creative work.
  • Work closely with Business Management, Strategy, Design, Production and Tech leads to bring all cross-channel campaign elements to life.
  • Ensure creative work is in line with brand strategy, of the highest quality and within the parameters of time and budget.
  • Effectively present creative work and build strong partnerships with clients.
  • Take hands-on responsibility for project delivery and proactively take an interest in quality of care and seeing work through to final delivery phases.
  • Craft compelling copy, using the right language and tone of voice to best connect with customers on all jobs, big and small.
  • Be a mentor for our team of Creatives, offering support, guidance and direction.


The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • 10+ years’ experience at a Creative agency, with a proven background in delivering innovative and effective omni-channel campaigns, and a compelling portfolio of highly creative and strategic work.
  • Clear hands-on and solution-oriented experience whilst maintaining a positive can-do attitude.
  • Experience working in an agile working environment, and comfortable with a fluid approach to work – easily adapting to change in a fast paced environment. 
  • A strong presenter of creative concepts and proposals. 
  • An excellent Creative mind and the ability to build clients’ brands and business through the work the Agency produces.
  • A strong commitment to the needs of all clients and their brands and be passionate about delivering the best work to them.
  • Experience across the full creative channel ecosystem and understanding of customer journey mapping from a creative perspective.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and an open mind.
  • A flexible and collaborative approach to tackling briefs.
  • Have a keen interest in design, culture, technology and innovation.
