Job Description

As a Client Development Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of Lead Generation campaigns alongside the management and delivery of these campaigns.  You will also help with building strategies, optimisations and reporting on campaign performance.

 You will be responsible for building relationships with brands, agencies, and publishers. We operate a multi-channel environment enabling you to work across Email, Content, Affiliate, Social etc.

You will need to deliver against timelines and deadlines and be able to juggle multiple accounts with various priorities. You will report directly to the Senior Business Development Director.

With at least 2 years’ experience in a client facing or partnerships related digital marketing role, CJ are looking for ambitious professionals, with a hunger for information and a keen interest in all things digital. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, proactivity, with a vibrant personality, developing strong relationships with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. You will have a confident manner and be comfortable pushing ideas forward. Your day will be varied between client meetings, publisher meetings, and industry events, providing consultancy and implementing strategies that drive success and revenue growth.

Qualifications

You will enjoy working alongside brands, agencies, and senior management, so it’s important for you to be comfortable engaging in conversation and offer advice and guidance to some of the world’s leading brands.

Daily tasks: Maintaining account performance, account integrations, billing and use of Salesforce.

Publisher management: Publisher recruitment and working closely with CJ’s Publisher Development Team, daily conversations with publishers to push delivery and increase performance

Relationship management: Nurture client and publisher relationships at all levels

Campaign integration: Campaign setup for clients, supporting all queries on publisher account setups. This requires technical knowledge on pixel implementation, tracking solutions via 1st and 3rd party platforms

Communication: Working alongside Sales, Client Development, Tech, Business Operations and Lead Generation teams, you will be responsible for keeping all parties aware of campaign performance and relevant opportunities to upsell

Process Management: Automation of existing processes to aid the team, by understanding all business functions and maximising efficiencies while driving excellent services to clients

Opportunity identification: Identify where opportunities may lie with growing a campaign, alongside where growth might be found with our publisher network. Be the client’s consultant

Creativity: Provide creative insights into performance, to grow client’s revenue via our lead generation channels. Also using creativity for landing page designs, email creatives and overall campaigns setup, plus providing market best practices
