We are looking for an Engagement/Production Lead (m/f/d) to support the global Publicis partnership with Pfizer.

Pfizer wants to fundamentally change its communication, challenge the way healthcare is thought through and establish new production processes for greater efficiency, a globally consistent brand image and best performance. We have developed the Power of One solution called CoLab to support Pfizer on this evolutionary journey and create teams that support the global vision while remaining local.

You will report functionally to the EMEA Regional Production Lead. Organizationally, you will be part of the German production team of Digitas and report to the Director of Project Management Production.

Your role requires a high degree of flexibility, resilience, and independent initiative. You bring the necessary tools and soft skills for this:

• Managing all local/regional production work for all Pfizer brands
• Serving as the main contact for Pfizer brand teams and agency teams (creative, media, production)
• Experience in senior stakeholder management
• Involvement in global program planning
• Acting as the first escalation point for all regional production work
• Experience in close collaboration with account and production teams in the respective region for all global and local Pfizer work
• Always open to new things, you quickly and independently adapt to new situations, focusing on the big picture rather than getting frustrated by details
• Possessing both an economic mindset and a desire to create best-in-class services
• Finding motivation even under tight schedules and with demanding clients
• Able to both advise and assert, balancing quality and speed
• German native, English fluent in speaking and writing
• A keen sense of communication at various levels (team, management, clients, executives)
• Ideally based in Berlin or Cologne
• Knowledge in the healthcare sector, including RX and OTC, is highly advantageous.
