Job Description

Managing the projects & functioning of the Gaming & eSports vertical within Publicis Content. Supporting the Associate Business Director and empower the wider Gaming & eSports team, you will be required to help create and deliver end-to-end multi-market gaming & esports proposals and solutions. This will include but not limited to brand gaming strategy, platform strategy, ideation, campaign planning, content & partnerships, campaign execution & management. Building trusted relationships and working with internal teams to deliver innovative responses to briefs that exceed client expectations. Where required, you will work with other Publicis Content teams such as creative, production, strategy or distribution to help further drive Publicis Content revenues.

  • Bringing the best of both worlds of marketing and gaming & esports to unlock value for brands in gaming as a marketing service.

Strategic Thinking & Capabilities:

  • Familiar with common research tools and data bases.
  • Able to translate client challenges and/or objectives into a well-rounded gaming strategy.

Deck Building, Storytelling, and Presentation Skills:

  • Excel in developing decks that are compelling stories to convey our strategy, ideas, and value for client.
  • Presentation skills/styles that effectively get the message across to the audience as well as getting them excited

Creativity and Innovation in Ideas

  • Out-of-the-box ideas and mechanics that bring the best of marketing and gaming & esports insights together, but also feasible based on industry expertise.

End-to-End, Hands-on Project Management

  • You will be conducting research and data pulls, ideating, developing decks, presenting to client, managing influencers/ esports teams/ media suppliers/gamer publishers, gathering campaign reports yourself directly most of the time.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience within an agency environment, ideally multi-market.
  • Understanding of the MENA and Global Gaming & eSports landscape
  • Experience managing people, in your team and cross-functional
  • Ability to analyse campaign results and produce impeccable reports and PCAs (Post Campaign Analysis)
  • Proven success in delivering high-quality gaming solutions
  • Experience working with centralised clients and multi-market briefs
  • Confidence dealing with global and senior clients
  • Strong end-to-end project management skills and a level of negotiation skills
  • Process driven, experience using research and measurement tools
