In recent years, Publicis has moved towards a unified model, being able to deliver global solutions to their clients driven by a common purpose and shared behaviors, working together with different teams around the world. One of the most exemplary cases of this unification is the Pampers One Team, the creative group behind the Pampers Club loyalty program (P&G), that being based at the Budapest Hub, have been able to reach out to parents globally.

For these reasons, Publicis Groupe is now looking for an Operational / Senior Client Lead who will become into a key member of the Pampers One Team, leading the client relationships and delivers operational excellence.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regional client relationships (EU, NA, JP) and the internal teams’ operations (create, maintain, improve)
    • being diligent on scope management with regular updates and tracking to P&G client
    • proactively spotting opportunities for efficiencies across all teams
    • learnings from one region to benefit the other
    • structure and restructure if needed based on actual local / regional client / scope needs
    • lead financial negotiations, think together with the finance controller on how to find financial efficiencies
    • translate opportunities into actual revenue
  • Represent the operation in front of P&G client on local and regional level in NA, EU and JP, understanding the Pampers challenges on local, regional and global level
  • Strategic drive of P-Club digital loyalty program enabling to grow and maintain the user-base globally to web and P-Club app through CRM.
  • Coaching and mentoring senior regional account team leads

The team you would be working with:

Pampers Club regional teams consist of 20 people (account and campaign manager) in which the Operational Lead will have:

  • 4 direct reports (senior regional account leads)
  • 16 indirect reports (junior accounts, campaign management)

Skills & Experiences required:

  • 8–10 years of experience in advertising or a related field 
  • International agency experience (regional, global) and client management experience with 1-3 years experience as a leader (Account Director or above)
  • Experience managing budgets with a strong financial acumen
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience managing large global clients with complex financial structures and rules
  • Previous experience working with P&G would be highly advantageous (3-4 years min.)
  • Having a professional POV on brands digital communication / platforms and its base performance metrics
