Job Description

As a Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist focusing mainly on our Global clients, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing strategies for influencer campaigns that support brand objectives and engage the target audience around the world. For some clients from a local perspective, but especially for our Global clients. We are seeking someone who is experienced and passionate about influencer marketing on a Global level and can identify (commercial) opportunities like no other to create campaigns we can be proud of. This within a unique network of media specialists within Publicis Groupe NL & Boomerang part of Publicis Groupe NL.

The Position

  • Developing global influencer marketing strategies: Creating and planning strategies that support brand objectives and increase audience engagement on a Global level.
  • Identifying and approaching influencers on a global level: Finding and contacting relevant influencers (& their managements) across various niches & countries that align with the brand identity and target audience.
  • Negotiating collaboration terms: Engaging in negotiations with influencers regarding collaboration terms, such as fees, content creation, promotional periods, etc.
  • Drafting campaign briefings: Formulating clear and inspiring briefings for influencers, outlining the campaign objectives, expectations, and guidelines.
  • Monitoring performance and ROI: Closely tracking the performance of influencer campaigns, including engagement, reach, and conversions, and analyzing the return on investment (ROI).
  • Demonstrating strong commercial insight and oversight to build both client portfolios and the team.
  • Following and overseeing schedules and budgets. You are responsible for executing the campaigns and creating evaluation reports to assess the effectiveness and success of campaigns.
  • Serving as a mentor and leader for junior team members, guiding, motivating, and inspiring them to pursue excellence in their work.
  • Pursuing innovation and sharing it within the company: Continuously exploring new trends, technologies, and approaches in influencer marketing to constantly improve and innovate strategies. Additionally, radiating this attitude to Publicis colleagues.
  • Collaborating with all media colleagues within Publicis to ensure we maintain and execute the 'power of one' approach in our operations. This internal collaboration with colleagues is key.

 

Qualifications

 

What do you need?

  • 5 - 7+ years of Influencer Marketing experience in a related environment (partly preferred to be Global Influencer Marketing Experience)
  • Strategic thinker with strong account & project management skills required
  • You are communicatively adept and have the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and talent, as well as talent agencies
  • Experience in independently developing influencer marketing strategies that account for various social platforms and different strategies achieving different goals
  • Excellent knowledge of the rapidly evolving influencer landscape
  • Proficient in writing/verbalizing and delivering presentations in both Dutch and English
  • You are flexible and always open to a challenge
