Job Description

The Social Account Executive will be responsible for implementing social outreach programs and strategies for external audiences related to Clients’ business. This position will report to Account Manager and collaborate with the Designers & Social Outreach team. The core focus of the Social Account Executive will be to deliver social outreach tasks by working with designers& internal staff and acting as Client contact for execution.

Responsible for:

  • Build and maintain relationships with the local market clients; responsible for social marketing, public relations, and/or customer service
  • Act as a key contact point and the channel between the agency team and the Client
  • Partner with the junior executives to execute social outreach content and activities
  • Ensure global/local content is executed as planned with all quality and timeline needs to be met
  • Create and manage the editorial calendar working with Internal staff and the clients
  • Understand the online media landscape and identify target consumer lifestyles
  • Understand the myriad of new web properties and distribution platforms
  • Understand the ‘value exchange’ process by which earned partnerships are negotiated around

Qualifications

You would be our potential candidate if:

  • Minimum 1 year working with MNC Clients, preferably in mobile tech & social media marketing
  • Local Vietnamese, must speak and understand English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to build Client relationships
  • Understand mobile technology, also popular social networks in Vietnam including design, functionality, and users
  • Understand social listening report and has ability to make implications
  • Active hands-on execution in a wide variety of social media activities
  • Affinity and passion for technology and consumer electronics
  • Attention to detail
  • Appreciative of creative products
  • Adaptive to high velocity, agile, fast-paced and progressive work environment.
