We’re looking for an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to join our small but mighty team of Retail/Shopper communication experts. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team of caring and passionate marketers who love their clients and get to play within a larger, established organisation, with a diverse range of stakeholders.

 

Day to day in this role, you’ll get to:

  • Work on some of Australia’s biggest and best-known brands.
  • Collaborate on retail/shopper marketing led projects and campaigns from beginning to end.
  • Start to build great relationships with clients.
  • Have opportunities to grow and learn within a supportive and fun environment. 
  • Utilise your excellent organisational and communication skills and play a fundamental part in creating effective and highly creative advertising (from general administrative support to keep projects flowing, raising POs and estimates, having your fingers on the pulse when it comes to what jobs are on the radar, being an active participant in client WIPs, taking notes of contact reports, general trafficking of briefs and ensuring Creative aligns with briefs and feedback etc).

 

What we’re looking for:

  • A motivated and self-starting Account Executive with at least 1 year of experience in account management, preferably within an advertising communications agency environment.
  • Some understanding of agency workflows and production processes.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Someone who loves building relationships and goes the extra mile for clients.
  • Someone who is adaptable and solutions driven, who can pivot at the drop of a hat.
  • Someone who loves creativity and collaborating in a close-knit team.
  • A strong multi-tasker. You have the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and know how to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills – This should be particularly evident when preparing correspondence, reviewing estimates, etc. 
  • Strong Computer literacy and proficient in Word, Power Point and Excel, as well as Google Sheets and Google Docs.
