Job Description
The Senior Manager Content will be responsible for leading the day-to-day client relationship, ensuring smooth operations, overseeing the team's performance, and delivering client satisfaction. This role will involve meeting with clients, presenting strategies, and maintaining effective communication.
Main Tasks
Technical & Product
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for day-to-day activities
• Ensure that the team is delivering high-quality work that meets the client's objectives and expectations
• Develop and present strategies that align with the client's business goals
• Lead and manage a team of account executives and coordinators, providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, social media, and digital teams to ensure that all deliverables are aligned with the client's needs
• Ability to stay up to date with new technologies and trends in digital and social media
• Knowledge of project management tools and software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with managing teams of both content and creative
• Experience with data analytics and digital marketing tools
