Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Media Planner  to join our team This position will work on multiple accounts and report to a supervisor while helping to manage an Assistant Media Planner[s].

We are looking for a hard-working and talented individual who is passionate about building and growing his or her career in the digital marketing field.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Interpret communications/media strategy and translate it into communication planning and activation action steps
  • Proactive in researching and identifying valuable information/insights to improve media product
  • Understand all proprietary research tools/processes and apply learning during communication planning
  • Identify consumer insight opportunities that can be translated into innovation and creativity in media/communication plans
  • Analyze competitive reviews of assigned brands and share insights with clients
  • Prepare and present communication plans to clients in a confident manner
  • Demonstrate basic management skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Communication Arts/Journalism/ Marketing/ Statistics or related Field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a media agency, client management, strong leadership skills, and a digital-first mindset
  • Knowledgeable about and experienced with the concepts, approaches, and issues involved in integrated planning
  • Adaptive and keen to learn on the digital eco-system
  • Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
  • Knowledgeable about new approaches to and developments in digital tactical planning, some specialist planning/strategy background is a bonus
  • Able to tap into proprietary consumer insight applications or alternative sources for more in-depth analysis.
