Job Description

This newly created role will work across prestige beauty and fashion brand, PUIG, a portfolio of highly desirable brands in the fragrance, beauty and wellness category. The role will work on full funnel paid social campaigns for brands such as Penhaligon’s, Kama Ayurveda and L’Artisan Parfumeur, focused predominantly on EMEA and the Middle East markets.

The core role of the Paid Social Senior Executive is to deliver best-in-class paid social activation, ensuring faultless execution of brand and performance advertising campaigns on global social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Pinterest), to ensure that performance meets or exceeds targets.

The Paid Social Senior Executive will deliver on four key objectives:

1. Campaign Optimisation & Reporting

Ensure that campaigns meet or exceed targets and proactively look for opportunities to advance campaign optimisation via test and learn. Responsible for producing, analysing and presenting campaign performance reports, including creating relevant charts and graphs, calculating key metrics and writing actionable insights.

2. Campaign Implementation & Technical Expertise

Ability to accurately implement large scale brand awareness and direct response campaigns on social platforms. Understands the principles, processes and systems available to maximize campaign performance and efficiency.

3. Campaign Planning & Product Knowledge

Familiar with the product suite across paid social platforms and able to confidently answer most client questions. Knows and adheres to best practices and can independently plan multi-market campaigns, providing detailed rationale and recommendations. Keeps up to date with industry and agency developments, and proactively looks for opportunities to progress strategy.

4. Operational Excellence

Through strict adherence to the financial, taxonomy and quality assurance processes, ensures quality and accuracy of output. Responsible for ensuring best practices are adhered to at all times and training other team members where required.

This role will report into the Paid Social Manager in the Zenith Global Paid Social team, a rapidly growing and successful team of 90+ paid social experts based in London and the Publicis Global Delivery team in India / LATAM.

The social team for this account will be comprised of 3 specialists based in London, supported further by our PGD hub in India.

  • Multi-market campaign activation across a range of global paid social platforms, in line with media plans
  • Innovative and creative campaign testing and optimisation to consistently improve campaign performance
  • Production of weekly and monthly multi-market campaign reports with detailed insights and recommendations, preparation of detailed Post Campaign Reports and presentation of results to clients
  • High standard of response to client briefs; providing detailed plans, rationale and recommendations
  • Training and supporting the paid social account executive with platform knowledge, best practices and account processes

Qualifications

  • High level functional and technical knowledge of Paid Social, including in-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads, alongside other key social platforms such as Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to independently execute both brand awareness and direct response campaigns across multiple markets at a large scale.
  • Strong command of Excel including basic functions: Pivot tables, Lookups etc. and confident building and manipulating reports from scratch.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Formal certifications e.g. Facebook Blueprint Certified Buyer.
  • Experience implementing AB tests, lift studies and interpreting results.
  • Experience with automation technology and tools, for example utilising Facebook Plugin for Excel and Creative Hub.

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
