We're looking for an organised, skilled and agile Account Manager to join our talented and diverse team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing agency working within a supportive team in a content driven production agency with craft expertise.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering industry-leading account services to your clients and trusted to deliver to the highest level of quality. You’ll nurture insightful creative thinking and ensure best-practice execution, always delivering brilliant outcomes, 100% of the time.

Day to day the role is varied ranging from taking client briefs, collaborating with the strategy, creative, content and production teams on brief development, presenting work while also developing and maintaining strong and trusting relationships with clients. 

 

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Being a key contact for your clients and knowing their business (and competitors) inside out
  • Developing integrated campaigns spanning TV, print, POS, OOH, digital, radio and other emerging mediums
  • Being directly involved in weekly client briefing sessions, weekly client creative presentations and WIP meetings
  • Working with strategy to produce strategic recommendations and writing creative, content and production briefs
  • Briefing in creative and content teams, reviewing work, and providing constructive feedback
  • Thinking proactively and strategically, anticipating your clients’ needs before they do
  • End to end project management for all your campaigns and projects and upholding the Prodigious level of craft to the highest standard
  • Day to day management of client budgets, forecasting and reporting in collaboration with craft teams
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients and external stakeholders
  • Pushing for best work and elevating the level of craft produced by the teams
  • Preparing, presenting, managing, and monitoring all timelines and budgets efficiently and effectively

 

What you will bring to the team:

  • Prior agency experience (3+ years) working in an Account Service role
  • A simplicity approach – striving for brutally simple and beautifully intelligent thinking

  • Clear and articulate communications, with strong presentation and project management skills
