About the role....

This role will be a Digital Operations Project Associate Director reporting to the Digital Operations Director. You will need to ensure the smooth delivery of all digital projects across Digital Services, Data & Technology, and Digital Platform Leads.

As a Mid-Level Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and stakeholders to deliver projects according to plan.

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Effectively manage project scope through change control processes.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

Resource Management:

  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

Team Leadership:

  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

Communication:

  • Communicating to a large amount of EMEA stakeholders
  • Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Qualifications

What you need to succeed....

We are looking for an ambitious, proactive, curious and experienced digital project manager. You will need to be highly strategic, organised, able to work independently on projects where needed but also enjoy working within a team that has a strong, collaborative working ethos.  Having solid experience within the digital landscape, you will be an expert overseeing the delivery of digital projects allowing you to deliver the best quality of work and results for both Publicis Imagine and Disney stakeholders. We work at a fast pace and alongside multiple stakeholders. 

Most importantly, you must possess a strong inner desire to drive projects, enjoy working with some of the finest minds in the industry, and truly be a part of something unique that will have a lasting impact.

  • Solid experience delivering digital projects within a media environment or previous media agency experience
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, solutions-focused with a positive outlook
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; working under pressure and prioritise workload on a busy account
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Advanced communication and writing skills – working across the team, within the wider agency, with clients and media owners
  • Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project, Basecamp, or equivalent
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Consistently over-delivering on client objectives
  • Be confident working with numbers and large amounts of data
  • Be able to adhere to processes and best practices
  • Highly organized and capable of working independently

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
