Job Description

As Senior Account Director in a client-dedicated role, you will work as part of an Integrated Agency Team (IAT) and help clients maximise the business impact of a transformed marketing model and new ways of working. You will be expected to partner with business and operational leaders across assigned markets to help them achieve their business objectives leveraging the services, processes, and capabilities of the CoLab model.

  • Work as account lead within assigned inter-agency team (IAT)
  • In collaboration with the IAT lead and the PMO, drive day to day IAT working and prioritisation
  • Build expert knowledge in CoLab process and ways of working, and use that knowledge to triage, manage, and communicate across wide number of stakeholders/seniorities
  • Identify opportunities for collective advantage and cross-market benefit
  • In partnership with IAT leaders and local business partners, identify and shape key process and strategic initiatives; manage key initiatives with clients and internal teams
  • Understand the strategic growth drivers for priority brands across assigned markets, and leverage that understanding to consult and partner to drive growth
  • Partner with client teams to help them establish line of sight to growth, and to use data to enhance their commercial and customer strategies to achieve that growth
  • Understand specific workflows, tools and processes, and use that strong working knowledge to support client impact. Build strong partnerships with media, data and production teams to help triage, plan and scope regional projects. Using working knowledge of Adobe Workfront to help triage and intake client briefs

As a Senior Account Director within Digitas Health, further expectations are as follows:

  • Develop and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business and actively seek out opportunities for further account development, taking the initiative to develop proposals and convert curiosity into great work
  • Define and own the client relationship strategy, developing a forward-looking relationship plan and taking ownership of potential challenges. 
  • Knowing when to put the right people in front of the client to help present or sell our expertise. 
  • Act as a driver for creative and strategic excellence. Foster senior level partnerships with all agency capabilities, engaging subject matter specialists to formulate solutions 
  • Lead internal teams, empowering and providing guidance to the team to manage projects and deliver quality work

Qualifications

You are:

  • An experienced healthcare agency Account Director looking for a role where you can make a real difference for teams and clients, and help build a thriving business
  • Autonomous and collaborative, able to flex your approach to the needs of the business but equally able to work as part of a team on large accounts
  • Experienced in working with workflow management tools like Adobe Workfront, JIRA, Monday, and other project collaboration tools
  • A relationship builder, cultivating strong client partnerships, and are passionate about helping clients innovate and re-imagine the ideal health experience
  • Persuasive and clear in your communications, and have gravitas when you present
  • Well versed in healthcare communications, modern marketing best practices, and digital engagement and can comfortably take on the role of strategic advisor with your clients
