Are you ready to lead groundbreaking AV media strategies for a top-tier FMCG client?  Zenith, supported by Publicis Media Exchange (PMX), has an opportunity for an AV Investment Director to drive our AV investment strategy for Reckitts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-quality day-to-day output of your team comprising of Account Directors, Account Managers and Account Execs and be a subject matter expert on TV, VOD, and Cinema.
• Negotiate with sales house teams to drive added value opportunities, and build relationships with senior media owners to evaluate offerings.
• Provide managerial training on systems and technology, collaborate with Directors to meet annual deal guarantees, and support New Business teams with AV strategy and innovation.
• Utilise advanced systems and technology to understand audience behaviour and consumption patterns.

• Proven experience as an Associate Director or Account Director within an AV department, specializing in TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, and Cinema.
• Knowledge of the programmatic video ecosystem and experience in managing client/AV finance processes, along with confidence in managing client audits across all AV mediums.
• Experience in the FMCG sector is advantageous.
• Strong team management skills, including objective setting and development conversations.
• Excellent client management skills, with the ability to challenge briefs and deliver exceptional results.
