Are you ready to lead groundbreaking AV media strategies for a top-tier FMCG client?  Zenith, supported by Publicis Media Exchange (PMX), is seeking an experienced AV Director to drive our AV investment strategy for Reckitts to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Reckitt’s AV (TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, and Cinema) planning and buying, from brief to activation and review.
• Drive best-in-class activation across multiple mediums, negotiating with sales house teams for added value opportunities.
• Ensure timely completion of AV administration and meeting all set deadlines.
• Stay updated on AV marketplace changes, sharing insights with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Foster innovative responses to client briefs, building strong relationships with planning teams, media owners, and clients.
• Utilize advanced systems and technology to understand audience behavior and consumption patterns.

• Demonstrable experience as an Associate Director or Account Director within an AV department, with expertise in TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, and Cinema.
• Experience in the FMCG sector is advantageous.
• Strong team management skills, including objective setting and development conversations.
• Excellent client management skills, with the ability to challenge briefs and deliver exceptional results.
• Knowledge of the programmatic video ecosystem and experience in managing client/AV finance processes.
• Confidence in managing client audits across all AV mediums.
