Working locally and globally we service client accounts across Publics Media’s three UK agencies; Zenith, Starcom, and Spark Foundry.  Often working alongside other Publicis practices and services we collaborate to deliver best-in-class work with seamless project management.

The PMC team is 70+ strong and growing.  Media partnerships is at the heart of what we do, working with broadcasters, social media publishers, print partners, and increasingly gaming and metaverse partners, we activate over 100 campaigns each year.  We have a growing team of social and influencer specialists producing content to fulfill client needs in paid and owned channels. The fastest-growing part of the team are our content insight consultants.

Job Description

We are on the search for a brilliant Content Strategy Manager to join our team.  In this role, you will support Neom, a special economic zone in northwest Saudi Arabia, with diverse regions, islands, and landscapes. It aims to be a global hub for entrepreneurship and urban living, and they are a key client of the strategy team.

What will I be doing?

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of strategic and operational content strategy, collaborating with the tight-knit team to plan, produce, and measure impactful content, guiding clients from strategy to production. You'll blend creativity with data-driven insights, using tools like social listening and search trends to inform content decisions.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Utilize cutting-edge digital data to capture insights for client content and planning decisions.
  • Offer strategic support and briefing for content delivery, collaborating with production partners.
  • Implement workflows for diverse content types, ensuring operational excellence and timely delivery.
  • Create and manage project timelines, provide client servicing, and attend routine calls for status updates.

 

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this Content Strategy Manager role, you'll have experience in media/marketing, and a strong base of SEO/web content strategy as this is the focus for Neom's work.

For this role, you'll: 

  • Be a strategic thinker comfortable with data, with a solid understanding of digital media and paid social.
  • Be proficient in tools and metrics measuring content effectiveness.
  • Have experience managing complex projects and campaigns across digital media.
  • Have strong account management and client servicing skills, performance-focused campaign experience.
