Job Description

Overview:

The Operation, Analyst will provide support to the media operations team, to help improve operational effectiveness by streamlining business work processes, procedures and increasing coordination between internal departments. Learn and undertake day-to-day tasks essential to maintaining the functionality of a fast-paced agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain proficiency in fundamentals of advertising media
  • Collaborate and work in partnership with cross department teams (Strategy Planning, Buying Activation, Analytics, Traffic, Creative Agency)
  • Derive insights from reports that are meaningful, accountable and deliver on client objectives
  • Project manage Broadcast message rotation and trafficking with lead teams, such as managing broadcast schedules and providing the client with broadcast highlights
  • Provide support to Media Operations managers in completing long term, and day-to-day tasks
  • Keep agency organized and streamlined, by tracking changes cross the account
  • Support and help troubleshoot systematic issues with internal agency programs and tools

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • BA, BS minimum
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with large data sets
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite including (Word, Excel, PPT); Additional expertise in Excel complex formulas (V-look up, pivot tables) a plus
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative and written/verbal communications skills with and strong follow through
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
  • Enthusiastic team player, with the ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive, and mature attitude
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn, as well as the confidence to take on new tasks as opportunities present themselves

Additional Information

Compensation Range:  $60,000 - $62,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
