Job Description

Publisher Managers are responsible for nurturing our existing partnerships (Publishers) on the network through strategic data analysis working very closely with our global teams to ensure synergy across all regions, as well as creating partner growth opportunities based on industry trends. In your role as Publisher Manager, every day will be a little bit different; with an ultimate focus on existing Publishers that advertisers need to think proactively about their partnership to ensure they remain front of mind.  You will be responsible for training existing partners on how to use the CJ system, grow the CJ Leads advertiser accounts through building a strong network, building out formal processes for the Leads team and being the sole person responsible for all publisher relationships, ensuring that every partner that joins CJ has a fantastic experience.

Qualifications

  • Entry Level/Executive Manager position 
  • 1+ years' experience within a customer success or account management role 
  • Affiliate or Leads/Data based industry experience would be beneficial, but not essential 
  • You are passionate about providing excellent service to internal and external customers 
  • You are driven to succeed 
  • You are a clear and effective communicator with strong presentation skills
  • You are able to work independently and collaborate with your team to solve complex issues 
  • Excellent organisation skills 
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience using Microsoft teams solutions would be an added benefit.
