Job Description

INVESTMENT DIRECTOR 

We have an opportunity for an experienced Investment Director to drive new and innovative investment initiatives on one of the world’s most renowned portfolios of consumer brands where you can really make your mark!

You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of 4, drive the investment planning and implementation strategies across TV, radio, OOH with the opportunity to broaden the scope into digital. 

SOME OF YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Guide and support the team through the execution of campaigns including ensuring post tracking is completed and helping troubleshoot any issues, negotiate compensation etc
  • Review final buys, post analysis documents prior to going to client to ensure delivery of metrics, insights etc.
  • Provide client team with regular campaign performance updates, client KPI tracking, latest market intelligence relevant to their business on a regular basis
  • Present proactive, relevant media opportunities to client team at planning stage and continuously throughout the year
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners
  • Ensuring campaigns are planned/bought on appropriate mediums and shares to deliver against campaign objectives & agency/client deals
  • Lead analysis of sponsorships and activations from an investment point of view
  • Guide and support the team through all buying stages, ensuring that all objectives are met - both client and agency

YOU 

  • Will be an established Investment Director and ideally would have worked on large audited clients and managed mid-sized teams
  • Detailed understanding of audience and media trends
  • Proven strategic acumen and point of view on the media and communications industry ​
  • A collaborative team member who thrives in working with others​
  • A true professional with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities​
  • Strong organisation skills with a love for being one step ahead​
  • Advanced knowledge of all tools (TARDIIS, Fusion, Asteriod, Nielsen, MOVE, SpectraMD, TVMap)​
  • A curious nature with a willingness for continuous learning and fearless growth ​
