Job Description

  • Managing reception and office administration function
  • Administration of contracts with office suppliers and negotiation of prices
  • Managing lease agreements, monitoring and managing options
  • Allocating and managing space between buildings
  • Managing budgets/occupancy cost sharing, along with Finance team
  • Ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Inspecting properties and arranging for repairs and new materials as required
  • Managing disputes with these service providers if needed
  • Supporting and manage tenants’ requests
  • Launching RFP, agreeing contracts and providers for services including parking and cleaning,
  • Ensuring that facilities meet Government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
  • Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency (incl. CSR reporting)
  • Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
  • Drafting reports and making written recommendations

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Property Manager or similar role in large organization
  • University degree
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in team management
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to lead and manage teams and projects
  • Attention to details but also the ability to see big-scale implications
  • Commercial awareness
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Perfect organization, time management, prioritizing and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload
  • Good knowledge of IT packages
