• You have experience in…. Resource Management / Workforce Management / Staffing / Bench Management and should have worked in project staffing, handling escalations, Allocation, Fulfilment, Utilization etc..
• You are good at Excel and analytical skills in addition to Good and effective communication skills
• You have built Dashboards, Reports, and Effective Presentations in last 3-5 Yrs of your experience
• Should have experience working with US team and understand the concepts of resource management
• This individual will have to extend work timings upto 10PM IST when required and so on.

What you will do

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately capture & maintain project needs and updates in the data repositories/tools.
• Generate daily/weekly reports highlighting resourcing needs and options to fill open roles.
• Drive adoption of central Resource Management processes and tools.
• Be the champion and promoter of consistent Resource Management practices across groups.
• Help identify gaps in the current resource management practices and come up with scalable solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and market leads to understand project objectives and resourcing needs clearly & completely.
• Collaborate with account deliver leads (ADL) to close the roles and maintain the system.
• Be able to clearly communicate and articulate, both written and verbally, detailed steps taken for any problem remediation or task completed.

• A full time MBA with 7-9 Yrs experience worked in RM role
• Worked Extensively in RM function for a minimum 7 Yrs
