Our mobility team supports everything involving cross border travel including tax, relocation and immigration support. We are a team of experts that excels in supporting our brands to move seamlessly across borders, managing risk and compliance all while supporting our clients’ needs.
We are looking for a Mobility Manager who will be responsible for, coordinating, and administrating all activities within the end-to-end mobility lifecycle. You will ensure the reliable adoption of standard global mobility processes and policies to maintain compliance. You will act as the mobility subject matter expert and best practice leader for specific activities in support of the Global Team. You will support the consistent standards and guidelines for data collection, reporting and support the coordination of the end-to-end mobility lifecycle for a Global Mobility Country Lead.

Job Description
- Provide EMEA subject matter expertise to ensure value-added mobility services
- Assist with the set up of Mobility services and processes for new countries
- Working closely and supporting the Country Lead on all mobility related matters, including policy, process, income tax, immigration, social security and local labor law
- Support the mobility team with ensuring people compliance with project assignment tax, payroll relocation, and transfer policies, procedures, and programs
- Partner with the Country Lead and your Global Mobility colleagues to implement and improve the quality of overall Mobility service delivery
- Provide Payroll and shadow payroll oversight
- Support Country Leads on complex case management and cross border issues
- Work and collaborate with team members, stakeholders in India, EMEA, APAC and North America
- Cooperation with and coordination of external suppliers like law firms, tax consultants and relocation companies
- Participate in global mobility related projects
- Compiling, analyzing and interpreting data to monitor performance against standards in respect to services
- Participating in client meetings to enhance relationships

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent degree
- 5-7 years managerial related experience working within the field of international assignments, global mobility, or expatriate management
- Strong understanding of global mobility industry practices
- Minimum of 4 years Payroll experience in support of international assignments
- Understanding of regional tax, social security, labor law and immigration regulations
- Understanding of general Compensation & Benefits topics
- Must have exceptional operational, people, analytical and technical skills
- Ability to articulate complex matters clearly to senior Global Mobility leaders
- Strong relationship management skills
- Intermediate/ Advance excel skills
- Ability and willingness to work in a globally distributed team and with stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationships
- Fluent in English and other languages desirable
