Job Description

  • Support your Client Development Manager to effectively manage client relationships and obtain a deep understanding of client and agency needs.
  • Lead training sessions and content development to be used by clients and/or published in CJ's Support Center, Blog, and other marketing collateral.
  • Coach agencies on how to best execute the strategies for their clients.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with agency account management teams.
  • Work with agencies and their advertisers to troubleshoot complex account and technical related items.
  • Share client feedback internally to shape future product development.
  • Support initiatives to grow client revenue and drive product adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or related work experience and minimum of 2 years' experience in the online marketing industry-ideally digital performance marketing.
  • Clear and effective communication. Ability to convey complex results in a simple, clear manner, using solid business acumen, demonstrating a competent level command of digital marketing concepts.
  • Ability to influence/develop account strategies that leverage analysis and insights to contribute to meeting or exceeding advertiser objectives.
  • Ability to execute a variety of tasks within designated time frames, delivering exceptional quality results.
  • Results-oriented problem solver.
  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation Range: $58,500 - $84,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
