Job Description

We’re looking for a Planning Account Manager to join our growing Media/Comms Planning team! Working across a global health & beauty client, you’ll focus on Media Plans for the EMEA market, and work closely as the link between client comms and our internal activation teams.

This role sits within a growing team, where there is good opportunity for career growth & an opportunity to have an impact in our planning methodology as an agency!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work closely with the Planning Director and Business Director in planning across all channels
  • Manage & coordinating global planning at EMEA level, coordinating with local markets
  • Support on planning recommendation, providing cross channel media recommendations across a portfolio of brands
  • Regularly attending client meetings, supporting on client status reports
  • Support in all financial aspects, ensuring finance trackers and billing are accurate and delivered on time

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a client service / media planning role, with experience of planning campaigns from start to finish
  • Knowledge and understanding of paid media across AV, paid social, display and programmatic, and paid search.
  • Good knowledge and application of core media tools including Adintel, TGI, GWI and Mintel.
  • Strong presentation skills, a confident and adaptable communicator.
  • Strong analytic skills and able to understand and interpret data, identify trends, opportunities and make strategic arguments.
  • A belief in open, candid, and honest communication at all times, both internally and with clients.
