Job Description

Join our team as an Associate Business Director - Content, where you'll spearhead content strategy for our retail distribution client.

Utilize your expertise in social content understanding to curate engaging campaigns. Drive results through your deep comprehension of social performance analytics. Lead a dynamic team in optimizing content for maximum impact across social platforms. Elevate our brand presence and drive conversions through innovative content strategies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement dynamic content strategies tailored to the client's specific needs, focusing on increasing brand visibility and driving sales through various social media platforms.
  • Conduct regular and in-depth analysis of social content performance metrics, extracting valuable insights and trends to inform ongoing content optimization efforts and campaign refinement.
  • Foster seamless collaboration and alignment with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and sales, to ensure cohesive execution of content initiatives that resonate with the target audience and support overarching business objectives.
  • Lead the strategic planning and meticulous execution of social media campaigns, leveraging audience segmentation, targeting, and optimization techniques to maximize return on investment and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Proactively monitor and stay abreast of evolving industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices, providing actionable recommendations to continuously enhance the client's competitive edge and market positioning in the retail distribution sector.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience (7+ years) in social media marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing, preferably in a retail or distribution environment.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising principles and best practices.
  • Salesforce Experience is a plus 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, emerging technologies, and platforms in the social media landscape.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
