Job Description

Business Affairs Manager must have a good understanding of creative campaigns, of usage rights coupled with good skills in client relationship.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the usage rights platform/tool is up to date and properly completed.
  •  Create every new campaign’s usage rights in the platform/tool, collect the data from Business Affairs (agencies, Transcreation agencies, sound department).
  • Generate alert reports.
  • Prepare reports on demand for the Clients.
  • Escalate any issues around usage rights compliance.
  • Enter all data related to usage rights received from agencies and transcreation partner.
  • Check usage rights status.
  • Manage and track talent and music rights across the entire structure including on various global client brands.
  • Liaise with Finance Dept to check billing and payments.

Qualifications

  • 3 years’ experience within a Creative Production, Agency, Sourcing environment.
  • Law Degree or Experience in IP & Image Rights is a plus.
  • Fluent English.
  • Effective under pressure and able to deliver consistently.
  • A calm and relaxed attitude under pressure.
  • Enthusiastic and personable Team player– working with global colleagues at all levels.
  • Articulate and a good listener.
  • Adaptable.
  • A technology mindset and open to continuous improvement.
  • Forthright and confident.
