The role involves developing and executing PR strategies and tactics, creating and distributing press releases, building relationships with journalists and influencers, monitoring media coverage and analyzing the effectiveness of PR campaigns.

The overall goals expected from a PR Account Executive includes:

1) Developing and executing public relations strategies and tactics that support the team's goals and objectives.
2) Building positive relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage and increase the company's visibility.
3) Creating compelling content, such as press releases, media pitches and influencer’s brief.
4) Monitoring and valuating with a critic point of view media coverage results, to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
5) Collaborating with other members of the team, as well as external partners, to ensure that PR efforts are integrated and aligned with broader organizational strategies.

PR Account Executive plays a critical role in helping the team achieve its goals by developing and executing effective public relations strategies that build awareness, enhance reputation, and drive engagement.

Skills required:

• Knowledge of the publishing landscape and network of press contacts, online and offline
• Knowledge of digital and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn etc.)
• Influencer management: scouting of Influencers for client campaigns, managing contact with Talent Agency and creators, planning and monitoring of digital campaigns,
• Be able to manage presentations/documents: from flow, to graphics, to creativity
• Budget management
• New business: ability to work in a team and have ownership of pieces of projects, from a creative and execution point of view
• Ability to work in a team.
• Organizational skills
• Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
