Job Description

The primary function of the Promoter is to increase sales, TNPS and brand awareness by promoting Vodacom’s products and services. The ideal candidate and showcase Vodacom offerings in a compelling way. It is essential that our promoters are both personable and professional. This position works four days a week, Thursday – Sunday.

Qualifications

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS

Matric or NQF equivalent

1 years’ experience in a sales role, with demonstrated ability to achieve targets for at least 6 months

1 years’ experience in field services, retail sales or similar role may be beneficial

Special Requirements

Understanding of the sales process and dynamics

Understanding cost benefit and needs analysis to meet customer needs

Accustomed to using mobile tools and applications

Experience with managing technical equipment

A desire and ability to make sales

Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

 

​​​​​KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics

Analyze and interpret territory action plans (briefs) and adjust sales techniques accordingly to mere stated outcomes.

Work proactively towards increasing the outlets overall TNPS performance.
