Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for numbers? Wanting to work in a creative environment whilst being supported in your finance journey?

We're seeking a Junior Management Accountant to join our dynamic team at Publicis Groupe, working across our comms agencies (Saatchi & Saatchi, Digitas and HerdMSL). With a minimum of three years' experience, you'll play a vital role in month-end processes, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with month-end processing, including GL transactions and Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Upload forecasts, budgets, and client profitability reporting.
  • Support financial reporting activities and ensure timely debt collection.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain a register of CSR, FMC, and other group documentation.
  • Assist with accounts payable and billing processes as needed.
  • Assist with client retainer and utilisation reconciliations and reports
  • Provide analysis and commentary on revenue, jobs, and client profitability.
  • Assist with continuous improvement projects.

To be successful in this role, you have 3 years of experience in a finance role, have strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

  • Outstanding organisational abilities. Must be able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines – both for your own specific tasks, and generally for the Finance Department’s output
  • Cares about the last detail. Ensures that all information is accurately recorded, and deadlines are met
  • Is a quick learner. Can quickly assimilate information and learn from past experiences. Inquisitive and have a genuine interest in advertising and the impact of the role on various areas of the agencies
  • Proactive and able to work independently. Takes ownership of tasks as relevant (but also knows when to delegate responsibility upward)
  • Work and plays well with others. Knows how to get work through the agency whilst maintaining positive relationships with other departments/members of staff.
