Job Description

Are you a seasoned professional with a proven track record in delivering innovative digital media solutions to clients? Do you excel in providing top-tier client service and have a strategic mindset for revenue generation? If you are ready to take on a more senior role, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

Performics' Technology & Innovation (T&I) practice is actively seeking a Client Development Director to take ownership of entire agency relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue targets and building robust client pipelines, ensuring the continuous growth and success of our digital media solutions.

As the Client Development Director, you will have the opportunity to lead a diverse range of clients on a strategic level, contributing to the development and execution of innovative projects. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the client at the center of our solutions, placing Publicis Groupe at the forefront of the competition.

T&I serves as the "Innovation Hub" of Performics, crafting inventive solutions across Paid Search, Organic Search, Holistic Search, Social, and Programmatic. Backed by a team of engineers and product developers, you will work collaboratively with client teams and directly with clients to understand their challenges and translate them into comprehensive technical briefs.

Your responsibilities will extend to collaborating with the back-end team to create and deliver customized products, providing training, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for the products. The Client Development Director will play a crucial role in elevating our global presence, as the solutions developed by the UK T&I team gain recognition and are being made accessible to teams worldwide.

This is a fairly unique role, and we are open to people from different backgrounds. Key skills we would be looking for are:

  • Understanding of digital media channels (paid/biddable) would be advantageous
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Great relationship building, this role requires you to upsell new and existing solutions to client management teams. So gaining people's buy-in is essential.
