The EXPERIENCE capability of Publicis Sapient consists of around forty consultants covering a large range of skills from Experience Strategy, Research and insights to Design crafts.

In this role, you will lead creative initiatives, inspiring clients with impactful solutions that drive business success.
Your role will empower you to craft a compelling design vision and set the strategic direction, ensuring every project not only meets but exceeds expectations with innovative and high-quality solutions.
From concept to completion, you’ll oversee creative processes and mentor the next generation of leaders, ensuring growth and excellence in every engagement.
Collaborating with regional and global Experience leadership, you’ll enhance our creative service offerings, fostering innovation and strong business partnerships.
You’ll gain deep insights into client engagements, understanding their brands, products, and audiences.
By balancing creativity with business objectives, you’ll provide clear guidance to teams, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional results within budget.
As an experienced creative leader, you excel at:
- You have the presence of a Creative Director, with the ability to pitch and sell, tell a story from a brand, design, product experience perspectives, and persuade your audience (both internal and external).
- You excel at leading commercial proposals to secure large-scale projects.
- You're responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and creative excellence.
- You inspire teams to deliver top-notch creative quality, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Your ability to lead and adapt to change supports both short- and long-term business growth, while driving transformation initiatives across the organization.
- You're focused on elevating production standards by developing innovative concepts and implementing globally consistent practices.
- You manage teams effectively, nurturing high performers while guiding those who need support.
- Collaborating closely with Experience leadership, you stay ahead of industry trends and align team capabilities with future business needs.
Qualifications
As a hands-on creative, this position is perfect for you if:
- You can propose, inspire, and lead ideas with conviction while driving the team forward. A plus: you are primarily a designer—a doer and craftsman—with strong expertise.
- You embody the presence of a Creative Director, adept at pitching and selling innovative ideas. You effectively persuade stakeholders—both internal and external—and skillfully lead commercial proposals to secure impactful projects.
- You have successfully completed digital projects (such as web apps, mobile applications, marketplaces, and e-commerce sites) and can embody a brand’s narrative, understanding its digital challenges and assisting in its transformation.
- You thrive in managing both internal and external resources, overseeing the overall team by hiring, training, and developing team members. You regularly monitor performance, offering continuous feedback and coaching, while fostering high engagement and motivating senior team members to excel as both service providers and people managers.
- You are comfortable collaborating across different capabilities, including strategy, product, experience, engineering, and data.
- You have a talent for building strong, engaging partnerships with the Sales Team and other capabilities, delivering impactful presentations to clients while ensuring top-quality standards in diverse, multilingual environments.
- You prioritize effective communication, consistently gathering feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels between the teams.
- You have a professional/fluent level of French and English – that's a must.
