Re:Sources is Publicis’ support organisation to centralise the finance, administrative, legal, tax, IT, procurement and property functions and leave the units, e.g. agencies, to do what they do best in terms of looking after the client's business. Our team, called rOar, resides in Re:Sources UK. Our clients are the agencies within the Publicis Groupe. We create innovative SaaS solutions to meet their administrative needs. We build complex functioning but simple interfacing solutions such as project management, resource management, time sheeting, pricing, etc. tools. We use a mixture of third-party services and fully custom applications. We require a Senior Devops Engineer to ensure our custom applications are deployed and hosted in a secure, robust, scalable, pragmatic and realistic Azure setup.

Summary

We are looking for a Developer who will provide enterprise-level assistance to our end users. You will provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot, resolve and enhance the product to allow for business as usual.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3/L4 support to our end users

• Troubleshoot/identify solutions to existing product issues and resolve these

• Monitor our issue tracking tool, currently Service Now

• Resolve issues raised on the tracking tool and on a priority basis, this may be code/data/configuration fixes.

• Maintain relationships with our third party integration contacts

• Resolve tickets within our Service Level Agreements

• Communicate with our stakeholders and keep tickets up to date with latest statuses

• Enhance existing features suggested by end users and approved by product

• Document bug resolutions and keep documentation up to date

Skills/Experience

• 5+ years of experience in web programming and software development

• Hands on experience in o Data Structures and data modelling o Object Oriented Programming o Software Architectures, like SOA, REST, Json APIs, Microservices

• Experience in developing web applications and user interfaces using o ASP.NET Core (C#)  Entity Framework, ADO.NET or T-SQL o Web API & Json services

• Working knowledge of UI frameworks, HTML&CSS and JS knowledge is must. o Preferably Vue.js and JQuery o But Angular, React experience is also accepted

• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL and non-relational databases such as Cosmos DB

• Experience with Azure services is not required but nice to have
