Coming up with unconventional ideas and original and innovative concepts for the modern day social (media) landscape, is embossed in your DNA. With your social savvy eye, you can spot creative opportunities within communities and platforms, in order to turn them into new creatives ideas. You are a hybrid creative with multiple skills up your sleeve to create output resulting in the buildup of strong social, on-strategy ideas, engaging social campaigns and formats, newsworthy digital activations, and more.

Goal of the position

Your role as a medior ceative involves generating social content ideas, creator-led formats, newsworthy activations, campaign ideas, video concepts, and more, all contributing to a robust and insightful strategy for our international clients. Immersion in football, particularly Real Madrid, is essential to ensure our content remains topical and relevant. Reporting to a (Associate) Creative Director, you'll ideate, produce, and share compelling short-form video content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Managing 1-3 branded accounts, you'll ensure alignment with our strategy and foster community engagement. If you have over 3 years of agency experience and expertise in content creation, camera work, editing, and writing tools, we're interested in hearing from you!

A rundown of your responsibilities

As a creative / lead:

  • Regularly consume and create content on short-form video platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Shorts.
  • Effectively translate concepts into written form and convey them to clients.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software and skilled in creating short-form content using both in-app editing tools and specialized creative applications.
  • Expertise in using a camera or smartphone to capture branded content, with a strong grasp of lighting techniques for optimal shots.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to elevating ideas, taking ownership, and thriving in collaborative environments.

As a client contact:

  • Create presentations of the ideas and concepts, including sketches and mock-ups;
  • Present ideas to clients on a Social Media Manager level;
  • Translate the clients’ wishes in terms of reach, effect and stated goals into a concise proposal.

Competences & Qualities

  • Actively brainstorm and conceptualize with team members as well as have the ability to self-direct;
  • Attention to detail is critical, as is communicating effectively with the Creative Director and the rest of your team;
  • Up to date on all things social;
  • Strategically strong;
  • Able to confront respectfully and escalate timely;
  • Creative problem solver and able to manage multiple projects at once;
  • Resistant to stress, positively critical, punctual and solution oriented;
  • Able to lead a team;
  • You are good with words (short copy);
  • Affinity with new platforms and techniques (AI)
  • Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote.
