Job Description

The newly rebranded Investment & Accountability team sits as a key pillar within Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) and overall Commercial structure. We are growing with an exciting shift in both mission and culture.

The team’s holistic approach to Investment & Accountability feeds into key workstreams across the business: from new business tenders (orchestrating the value & trading proposals for potential new clients), to negotiating contracts, managing pricing guarantees and relationships with auditors. We are also focused on developing tools and new ways of measuring value, while also being fully integrated with the range of PMX offerings.

This is a truly Global remit, and we are very closely connected with our regional hubs across EMEA, APAC, LATAM & North America. From time to time, there will be opportunities for international travel, either to visit clients, our local offices or attend conferences.

The Role:

The team is recruiting for a Senior International Investment Executive to join them at the London Headquarters.

The Senior Investment Executive will work together with the I&A team on a variety of tasks including the day-to-day management of International Clients’ business and New Business pitches.

As part of their remit, the Senior Investment Executive will be given the opportunity to develop, implement and optimise templates and processes for data requests as well as reporting procedures. They will work with local markets around the world, to ensure the reported information is accurate and consistent. Together with the Investment Manager they will analyse performance vs. KPIs, produce global performance reports and work with senior members of the team to ensure global commitments are met. There will also be occasional opportunities to travel to the local markets.


  • Managing the Productivity models for Global clients
  • Collecting and processing data to a standard format so it can be shared to stakeholders
  • Engaging with the local markets, understanding their report, participating in local training
  • Efficiently managing and prepare requests for external and internal teams
  • Efficiently support the team in client requests
  • Developing strong relationships with clients, traders in local offices, WW account teams and media auditors.
  • Deliver very good quality work while accepting responsibility for delivery deadlines
  • To work alongside the rest of the Worldwide Investment Team to maintain a strong collaborative global trading community.
  • Support ongoing projects and workstreams, including but not limited to the development of tools, and efficiency processes


  • They must be highly competent in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical thinking, mathematical skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to process large amounts of data
  • Sound media background is essential for the role
  • Work experience gained at one of the following: Media Agency Buying or Investment department, Media Auditor, Media Owner sales department.
  • Team player and self-starter with strong interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude and an ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of concepts and methodologies relating to Value Management
  • Experience required: 1-2 years
