Job Description

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates for this role must be able to work out of our Philadelphia, New York, or Chicago offices.

Here’s what we expect from you: You are confident and capable of juggling several balls on a regular basis. You are the mentor, manager and motivator of a creative group. You effectively win pitches and gain client confidence as a leader who can be relied upon to manage large-scale, cross channel deliverables. 
 
Above all else, you and your team understand that achieving results in improving the creative product is the most important measure of success for Digitas Health. You continually review and optimize results for every piece of creative work your team produces. 
 
The role Creative Director at Digitas Health is a Copywriter role that requires experience with both copywriting or art direction. You should have at least ten or more years of experience in a fulling integrated agency. 

Qualifications

  • 10 + years of agency experience, primarily with an art/design background 
  • Launch and AOR experience is required 
  • The ability to manage and nurture creative talent 
  • A proven track record of pitching and winning new business 
  • The ability to inspire others and work collaboratively 
  • Excellent presentation skills 
  • Demonstrated leadership and understanding of the responsibilities of an upper management position 
  • The availability to travel to meet client and agency needs 
  • The availability and commitment to work extra hours as needed to ensure client satisfaction

Compensation Range:  $121,000 - $204,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
