Job Description

With a minimum of 5 years' experience in performance marketing, we seek an individual capable of developing strategic and commercial partnerships with senior contacts in a portfolio of leading UK and global brands. This pivotal role involves overseeing a team of Client Development Managers and/or Associates, along with regional support teams in the EU and India, who are equally dedicated to supporting your client portfolio.

Your responsibilities will be diverse and you will leverage CJ's insights & technology and your extensive digital marketing experience to promote strategies tailored to your client needs and identify opportunities for future growth. You will be familiar with key performance marketing measurements that are used to determine campaign and program success, and understand the wider digital ecosystem of Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO etc. This knowledge foundation will power your interactions with clients and partners and will create lasting results-based relationships.

As a senior member of the UK Client Development team, your role extends to mentoring your team, placing a strong emphasis on upskilling and personal development in line with CJ's expectations. You are expected to establish yourself as a leader and knowledge source throughout the company, contributing to the growth and success of all team members.


A graduate/postgraduate in any discipline, ideally with a theme of marketing and consumer behaviour

5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and Client Services

2+ years’ experience in Affiliate Marketing either at an Agency, Client, or Technology Vendor

Previous people management experience with strong team leadership capabilities.

Understanding of Performance Marketing channels, online customer tracking methods and digital technology

A background of developing strategies that result in the successful delivery of client and business objectives.

Proven record of problem-solving using data, industry knowledge and marketing principles

Available to commute to our London HQ in White City in hybrid working capacity

Exceptional communication, organisation and project management skills.
